Better feet

:: thinking about

The starting of a health routine that isn’t anyone else’s but my own. Working out at the gym on equipment that I haven’t touched in nearly 30 years. Trying new things: Yoga and Meditation. Easing in with as much grace as I can muster so that I won’t stress out or give up.

Grannie’s Meat Loaf.

I cannot, simply CANNOT, get enough of this. SO yummy that it will make you dream of leftovers for lunch the next day. Munching on cantaloupe and making friends with salad fixings.

2 T. catsup                                2 t. Worcestershire sauce

1 t. dry mustard                         1 T. sugar

Mix all ingredients together until well blended.

Meat Loaf:

1 lb. ground beef                      2 slices bread, cubed

1 onion, finely chopped             1 T. catsup

1 egg                                        1 T. tomato sauce

Bible Reading 1

:: reading

Almost finished with WORLD WAR Z by Max Brooks. Halfway through THE QUEEN MUST DIE: And Other Affairs of Bees and Men (William Longgood). Nearly 1/3 through LES MISERABLES (Victor Hugo). Squeezing in reading as much as I can throughout my day, so that I can finish with my Summer pile and hit the Autumn stack that’s begging my attention.
