“Be humble always and gentle, and patient too, putting up with one another’s failings in a spirit of love.” –- Ephesians 4
“Patience, forbearance, always wins out, not anger. One who is patient becomes established in the Absolute…” — The Mahabharata

As we breathe, the instructor says, “You need to expel all the negative emotion when you breathe out. You don’t want to keep it. If you believe in reincarnation, then you know that any negative, unresolved, emotions you have will travel with you. You will return again and have the same negative issues. (Breathe in deeply and then breathe out.) Resolve it. That is the only way you will reach a higher consciousness and get closer to the Divine.”
Even if you don’t believe in reincarnation, expel the negative emotion. Resolve your issues and live positively in all you say and do. Purgatory is a waiting room for the issue-challenged.
What I like about the philosophy and belief connected with reincarnation is that, it keeps a person accountable for his / her emotions {words and actions} here.on.earth. You can’t go somewhere “else” and depend on others’ prayers to “Get you out of jail free.”
Nope. Like a stubborn toddler, I have to “do it by my own self.”
