Day 29:: All Hallow’s Welcome

Orange Door Day 24

Well, it took a while but I finally have it looking festive in our home. Whew! October hasn’t been exactly what I’d hoped it would be. In a way, I’m almost glad that it is coming to an end. If you know me, you know that isn’t my normal reaction to Halloween month ceasing for another year.

Tomorrow I begin a Tai Chi class. I have no idea what to expect. I began taking yoga earlier this month and it turned out to be much harder than I thought it would be. I’d like to say it’s getting easier –> yeah, I’d like to say that. I walked through the door of making changes where my health was concerned. It was long overdue for various reasons. There’s no turning back now.

  1. Pictures? I love Tai Chi but haven’t managed to find a class around here yet that I can attend. I think I would prefer Tai Chi more than yoga as it doesn’t involve so much bending and kneeling,etc. To me it seems to combine the best of both meditation and yoga in one form. Without the pretzel bending.
    Hugs my friend!
